~ Terms of Service ~

By ordering a commission you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below and understand you are purchasing a digital good (non-physical merchandise). Violations of my ToS will result in blacklisting.

~ General Information ~

  • I have the right to decline a request for any reason! Reasons may include: I am not comfortable with the request content, I am not confident/comfortable with the character design, or I do not believe my skill level is adequate for the request

  • You are not allowed to turn your commissions into NFTs. I do not support any of my work being sold as NFTs!

  • You are not allowed to use my art or your commission for anything AI related. That includes, but is not limited to, altering the finished piece using AI and using my art to train AI.

  • I complete commissions on a first come first serve basis. Turnaround time can range between 2 to 6 weeks and can depend on my current queue.

  • You can use the work for personal uses, for example as a profile pic, phone lock screen, computer background, etc. You may repost your commission to your socials as long as proper credit is given.

  • You may not use the commissioned work for commercial purposes or anything that will bring you gain (whether money or something else) unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • I as the artist have the rights to the finished product and may use the piece in promotion, portfolios, etc.

  • I do not do “likeness” commissions. I won’t draw you, your family, your girlfriend. etc.

  • If the commission has not been started yet or still in the sketch phase you may speak to me about making changes to your request. These can include changing the type of commission (from headshot to fullbody), swapping out characters, changing outfits, something you forgot to add to the original request, etc.

  • You must be +18 years old in order to order any form of NSFW content.

~ Payment Information ~

  • Money will be sent over through Paypal over invoice.

  • Do not send the money before I accept the request. I will let you know when it is time to send over payment.

  • The price can increase due to the following reasons: detailed/complicated designs, extra accessories (i.e. weapons), or difficult posing

  • After I finish the initial sketch and I feel the initial price given does not fit the effort I have/will put into the piece

  • Please pay the full amount unless otherwise discussed, but I will not finish/provide the full image until full payment is provided.

  • I do not offer refunds unless I have not started working on the piece or haven't made considerable progress (aka gotten past lineart) since payment, in which case I will give a partial refund. I will give you the unfinished work for you to do with as you please but still follow the rules listed in this document and give proper credit.

  • If the initial sketch I have given you does not suit your fancy, I will edit it, but there may be a fee for any continuous edits or a complete redo of the sketch as this takes up time and effort. I will do up to 5 major edits before charging an additional $5 and a complete rework of a sketch will be an additional $8.

~ What Will I Draw? ~

  • Do: original and/or fandom characters, animals (horses, cats, canines, rodents, etc), humanoids (aliens, monsters, anthro), mild nsfw (light gore, pin ups, partial nudity, etc)

  • Don't: overly complex characters, extreme gore, mecha/machines, demeaning content (aka any -ism)
